Shipping & Returns

During weekdays we strive to ship your order the same day or the next day. If you place your order on the weekend, it be shipped on that following Monday or Tuesday.

In some instances - Please allow up to one week to ship - sometimes the product is shipping from the manufacturer and can take a little longer.

Shipping charges paid to ship your order are nonrefundable and you are responsible to ship order back to us.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Modern Natural Baby you may return new, unused, unwashed product with all intact packaging or defective product within 30 days for a full refund. Beyond 30 days you will receive store credit, and items that are no longer sold or at clearance prices may not be taken back.

If you ordered online and would like to return, you may return new unused, unwashed product with all intact packaging or defective product within 30 days for a full refund (less actual shipping if purchased with free shipping).

Please allow 7-14 days once we have received your return to process the refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If the item is defective, please contact us at contact@modernnaturalbaby.com and we will work with the manufacturer to replace your product.

A few products are final sale, these include car seats, face masks, sale items and hygiene products.

We do not ship to freight forwarders and all orders must have a confirmed address for billing and shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that originate outside of the USA or orders with multiple failed payment attempts.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale, primarily large Jellycat purchases. Jellycat are limited to 1 per order (if noted) and other orders will be canceled.
